On behalf of St Nicholas Church we are making the space behind St Benet Hall into a garden which we hope will benefit everyone in the community. So, for example, people who use the hall might also use the outside space too.
The garden is to be accessible to all-with wheelchair friendly pathways, raised beds and sensory garden planting and a seating area where people can sit and relax or chat to friends
Raise are working extremely hard transforming the garden, having fun and working together as a team. We have been busy creating planters from tyres, planting flowers, herbs and vegetables, weeding and watering. We are also renovating the fence and creating huge murals on them depicting North Walsham and the Church.
This has been made possible by fundraising but also through the generosity and support of individuals, local businesses and the North Walsham Community Shop. Thank you to all who have supported us and continue to do so.
